You know, I'm a little unsure about how I keep getting so far behind on this whole picture thing!  Regardless, here are pictures from October 8 - 28.

8 October 2012 - Fun at Calaway Park.  Last day they were open this year.  And it snowed while we were there.  

9 October 2012 - Jesse being a goof while making a craft.

10 October 2012 - Girls having fun on the piano.

11 October 2012 - Snow...and enough to make a snowman.  Rebecca's after school project.

12 October 2012 - We got an invite to go have supper with Grandma Brenda and Grandpa John at McDonald's.

13 October 2012 - Rebecca wrapped in a bedsheet, and Ana wrapped in fabric for her Halloween costume.

14 October 2012 - Completed costumes...Rebecca is Cinderella and Ana is Merliah (Barbie mermaid).

15 October 2012 - Lucky girl gets to do all the fun stuff with me...like shopping at the craft store and lunch out today.

16 October 2012 - Rebecca and Ana switched costumes.  Rebecca especially likes how her hair is over her eye in this picture.

17 October 2012 - Jesse and Rebecca doing homework, and Ana just hanging out with them.

18 October 2012 - Coffee date at Starbucks.

19 October 2012 - The kids dressed up and went Trick or Treating at Bass Pro (see the deer in the background?)

20 October 2012 - A nice fall day at Auntie Angie's.

21 October 2012 - Girls cuddled up and watching a movie together.  

22 October 2012 - Homework with daddy.

23 October 2012 - Coloring!

24 October 2012 - New circle skirt...perfect for twirling!

25 October 2012 - Watching Jesse play his DS.

26 October 2012 - Jesse got a new game with his birthday money and some of his savings.

27 October 2012 - Doing a little Lite Brite before bed.

Weeks 39 & 40

My mom reminded me I haven't put my weekly pictures up for a while again...so I finally sat down and got them on here.  (The weather has really changed in the past two weeks!)

24 September 2012 - Pigtailed girls playing Go Fish on the way to the bus stop.

25 September 2012 - Anastasia and Ezra rockin' a duet on the piano.

26 September 2012 - Rebecca coloring before school.

27 Sepember 2012 - Kids waiting at the school bus stop.

28 September 2012 - Ana and Eli being goofs at Costco.

29 September 2012 - Ana in a mask (at Mike's Star Wars themed birthday party).

30 September 2012 - I bought an extra playpen (for the little ones I sometimes watch).  And for some reason the big kids love playing in it!

1 October 2012 - I often find her like this on the couch...

2 October 2012 - Sleepy girl on the way to the afternoon bus.

3 October 2012 - Cuddled in a blankie at the breakfast table.

4 October 2012 - He thinks its unbearably cold already...just wait until winter actually comes!

5 October 2012 - Coloring after supper.

6 October 2012 - We bought these leather couches on Kijiji...great deal.  I was super pleased until I got them home, took off a cushion to clean and noticed it had bed bugs!  The couches were immediately removed from the house, and we are really hoping no bed bugs came off in the 45 minutes they were in the house.  The seller had no idea, and he gave us our money back, and took the couches to the dump.

7 October 2012 - Thanksgiving dinner at John and Brenda's (actually took place on Monday).  Kids enjoyed playing outside while the turkey cooked.

Back at home.

After spending a few days in the US last week, it was nice to be back home and into routine again.

17 September 2012 - Rebecca's bus stop.

18 September 2012 - At the afternoon bus stop...with her Bible (that she carries everywhere with her.)

19 September 2012 - Fall colours were really starting to show, so I thought I would take a picture of the kids at the park...they didn't really cooperate.

20 September 2012 - We met my sister at Cardel Place for a gym day and picnic lunch.

21 September 2012 - Auntie Chantal & Uncle Dan were over for supper, and of course the girls invited Chantal to their Beauty Salon for nails and makeup.  :-)

22 September 2012 - At the carwash with Auntie Ang & Eli.  The kids loved the rainbow soap.

23 September 2012 - Mike's birthday today, so after church service we went to the Olive Garden for lunch to celebrate.

I'm not too late this week, just a couple of days. Life has been crazy busy (as usual!)

10 September 2012 - Ana has recently figured out how to pour juice without spilling, and is quite proud of herself.

11 September 2012 - A cold, cold walk to the bus today.  Ana is hiding under her blanket in the wagon.

12 September 2012 - Getting ready for our big road trip...starting the day off with pancakes and syrup. A real treat since we have been on our diet for over a month & a half.

13 September 2012 - Jesse at the big truck in Sparwood, BC.

14 September 2012 - Getting a pedicure in the van before we start driving home.

15 September 2012 - Lunch stop at McDonald's, with ice cream for dessert! (Again, a big treat...haven't had it in over a month either).

16 September 2012 - Sometimes they can be soooo cute!

We took a 4 day trip down to Post Falls, Idaho (by Coeur D'Alene) for a workshop with Real Life Ministries.  It was a long drive, but a great workshop.  The kids came too, and spend the days (and nights!) with Grandma Brenda and Grandpa John.  They got to go to the beach and on walks and had all sorts of fun.  I got to go shopping with the ladies at Target, Jo-Ann's (fabric for Halloween costumes!), and got my favorite drink from Sonic.  I was so excited when I saw Sonic right by our hotel...  :-)  We got back from the workshop and jumped right back into business.  Sunday was our fall launch at Maryvale, so Mike had two worship services to lead.  The kids Sunday school classes started up again, and Ana got her beloved Bible in the preschool class.  She absolutely loves it and carries it with her everywhere.
